Pastor - Rev. Bruce Lawler

Father Bruce Lawler is a native of Clare, Iowa.  He attended St. Matthew Grade School in Clare and St. Edmond High School in Fort Dodge.  He attended minor seminary at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and major seminary at North American College Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.  He was ordained to the preisthood on July 5, 1980 at St. Matthew Church in Clare.  He has served at Holy Spirit Parish and Kuemper Catholic High School, Carroll; Cathedral of the Epiphany, Sioux City; Bishop Heelan High School, Sioux City; St. Joseph Parish, Salix; Sacred Heart Parish, Sioux City; St. Mary Parish, Storm Lake; St. Joseph Parish, Schaller; St. Mary Parish, Larchwood; Holy Name Parish, Rock Rapids; and St. Mary Parish, Rock Valley.  He also served as Director of the Office of Worship for the Diocese of Sioux City from 1988-1999.  He became pastor of All Saints Parish in Le Mars and St. Joseph Parish in Ellendale in June 22, 2017.

Parochial Vicar - Rev. Matthew Solyntjes

Father Matthew Solyntjes is a native of Sibley, Iowa.  He graduated from Sibley-Ocheyedan High School in 2005, Iowa State University in 2010, and completed his seminary studies at St. Meinrad School of Theology in Indiana.  He was ordained to the priesthood on June 3, 2017 by Bishop Walker Nickless, Bishop of the Diocese of Sioux City, at the Cathedral of the Epiphany in Sioux City.  His first parish assignment is as parochial vicar of All Saints Parish and Chaplain of Gehlen Catholic High School in Le Mars.  Please extend a warm welcome to him has he begins his priestly ministry with us!

Retired - Rev. Paul Eisele

Father Paul Eisele was born and raised in Whittemore, Iowa.  He attended Presentation Academy in Whittemore, and his senior year of high school was spent at the newly formed Bishop Garrigan High School in Algona, IA.  He attended Loras College and Mount St. Bernard Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa and earned master's degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and St. Joseph College in Rensselaer, Indiana.  During the summers of 1960–1963, he was Tour Guide at the Grotto of the Redemption in West Bend, Iowa.  Father Paul was ordained on June 1, 1968 by Bishop Robert Mueller at the Cathedral of the Epiphany in Sioux City.  Since ordination, he has taught vocal music and religion and served as principal and pastor at Bishop Heelan Catholic High School, Sioux City; St. Mary Parish, Remsen; St. Mary High School, Remsen; St. Joseph Parish, St. Joseph; Bishop Garrigan Catholic High School, Algona; St. Cecelia Parish, Algona; St. Mary Parish, Alton; St. Anthony Parish, Hospers; Spalding Catholic Schools; St. James Parish, Le Mars; Gehlen Catholic Schools, Le Mars; St. John the Baptist Parish, Quimby; and St. Jospeh Parish, Schaller.  Father Paul is now retired and serves the All Saints Parish and Gehlen Catholic communities in Le Mars.

Deacon Tom Henrich is a native of Remsen, Iowa.  He attended St. Mary Schools in Remsen and then Briar Cliff University in Sioux City.  He was ordained to the permanent diaconate by Bishop Walker Nickless on May 3, 2014 at Cathedral of the Epiphany in Sioux City.  Tom and his wife, Cecilia, have four children: Thomas, Michael, Mary, and Sarah.

Deacon Paul Gengler was ordained to the permanent diaconate by Bishop Walker Nickless on May 3, 2014 at Cathedral of the Epiphany in Sioux City.  Paul and his wife, Denise, have two children: Sarah and Erica.
